The Division 2 Is Finally Getting Crossplay
Ubisoft has confirmed that crossplay is coming to The Division 2 in November 2026.
When the feature launches, players will move into a shared crossplay environment with cross-platform matchmaking enabled by default. Players who prefer platform-specific matchmaking will still be able to disable the feature.
Crossplay also extends to clans, allowing players on supported platforms to join the same group. Ubisoft is increasing clan capacity from 50 to 100 members.

Year 8 Season 3: Red Horizon launches on August 27 and brings the Cleaners into Washington, D.C.
The season adds new Cleaner activity across the city, Elite Kill Squads and a new Pressure Gauge-based Modifier system.
Ubisoft is also making changes to the Dark Zone, including making the Toxic PvE Dark Zone permanent and adding Blackout to the PvP rotation.
Echoes of Central Park Is the Next Expansion
Ubisoft has officially revealed Echoes of Central Park as the next expansion for The Division 2.
The expansion takes Agents back to New York City and into Central Park, an area that has never been fully explored in the game.
The story begins after Agents detect a distress call coming from inside the park, which was used as a mass burial ground during the outbreak.

Ubisoft will reveal more about Echoes of Central Park during a dedicated showcase on September 24.
