The Witcher 3: Songs of the Past Expansion Revealed for 2027

CD PROJEKT RED revealed Songs of the Past, a full-fledged new expansion for The Witcher 3 coming in 2027 for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

Geralt is returning for another major adventure. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt — Songs of the Past was shown at gamescom Opening Night Live 2026 and is scheduled for 2027.

CD PROJEKT RED describes Songs of the Past as a full-fledged expansion created in partnership with Fool's Theory, whose team includes veteran Witcher 3 developers.

The expansion takes Geralt to the new realm of Letten, Dandelion's homeland, where an apparently peaceful land hides something darker beneath the surface.
